Net Metering Caps Lifted and Hit on the same day

At the time the solar legislation was passed, many in the Senate and House thought the net metering cap increase would be enough to last 9 months to a year. 

Unfortunately, as we anticipated, MassACA reports that the capacity available under the newly raised private National Grid cap is 9 MW less than the amount of projects that are currently on that waiting list. 

So the net metering caps were lifted and hit again on the same day in 171 communities across the Commonwealth.
