DOER Regulations Listening Session
In accordance with Governor Baker’s Executive Order 562, the Department of Energy Resources (DOER) is hosting Listening Sessions to provide the public with the opportunity to hear about the agency’s regulatory reform efforts and to offer feedback on all DOER regulations.
Gathering feedback from the public and especially those interested stakeholders affected by state regulations on a daily basis is essential to a meaningful evaluation process. The Baker-Polito Administration has established an online portal to solicit feedback on potential regulatory changes and feedback through the evaluation process.
All comments and suggestions are welcomed and will be considered whether provided at one of the DOER listening sessions or through the online portal. The public is invited to submit comments through Friday, October 30, 2015 through the online portal or by mail to Antonio Barletta, Office of Government Affairs, 100 Cambridge St, Ste. 1020, Boston, MA 02114.
